Enigma is open seven days a week, providing teenagers a facility in which they
can socialize, recreate and develop a sense of ownership. Enigma is governed
by a Teen Advisory Board that represents the 6th—12th Grade users of the
facility. Shakopee Parks and Recreation oversees the Teen Advisory Board of
Enigma and provides one adult staff person at all times. For current information
